To solv this issue Try the following:
1- Open IIS administration console
2- Right click "Default Web Site"
3- Click "Edit Bindings..."
4- Remove all bindings refering to port 443
5- Reinstall

RépondreSupprimerI was using a valid CA certified SSL certificate bound to my Default Web Site. I also find that if you just re-run the Exchange setup a second time, it will complete successfully install the HT, CAS and MB roles.
RépondreSupprimerThanks for writing it up. still a problem with Exchane 2016 Update from CU11 to CU19 with a let's encrypt (non-wildcard) certifiacte. Removing all binidngs ref port 443 did the trick
